THE COMMONHOUSE MILE AND PACER DASH
CHARLESTON BEER WEEK EVENT

Commonhouse Aleworks and The Park Circle Pacers invite you to come be a part of this inaugural 1 mile race. The race is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Park Circle. This event will have a USATF Certified course with clearly marked mile markers and out and back course. The Commonhouse Mile is sure to be fun for the whole family. We have a stroller friendly course and a free kids 400 meter dash. The race starts and finishes at Commonhouse Aleworks. After the race stay for a while and relax with family and friends enjoying the after party and awards ceremony. Chef Brannon Florie and his wife Renee will be cooking up some delicious eats for during and after the event. This is not to be missed!
RACE INFO
The Commonhouse Mile is a road race that will take place on the closed streets of downtown Park Circle. There will be an Open heat for runners of all abilities and strollers are welcome(must start in the back). We will also have an Elite men and Elite Womens heat. The time qualifier for Elite men is a sub-5:30 mile and for women a sub-7 minute mile. The Pacer Dash is a free kids (9&under) event that will take place before the mile races. Every child who registers for the Pacer Dash will receive a medal. Packet pickup will be hosted at Commonhouse Aleworks on September 9, from 3:00PM – 6:00PM. Race day packet pick up and late registration will be at Commonhouse Aleworks on September 11, from 5:00PM-5:45PM.

Pacer Dash: 6:15 PM
Open Heat: 6:30 PM
Women Elite Heat: 7:00 PM
Men Elite Heat: 7:10 PM

All kids registered for the Pacer Dash will receive a medal

Age Group Awards: 9&U, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60&O

Early Registration – $25.00 ends 8/31/2018.
Late Registration – $30.00 ends 09/10/2018.
Race Day Registration will be available at packet pickup for $35.00.
